olkswagen India, the Indian subsidiary of the German automotive giant Volkswagen AG, has launched its flagship hatchback 'Polo' in an all new avatar. The new 2014 Polo is being touted as a premium hatchback.
The hatchback made its India debut in 2010 and was upgraded in 2012. It can be termed as the 'Blue Eyed Pot' of the entire Volkswagen lineup as the company has shown immense faith in this hatchback and it has also paid rich dividends to it, in return.
In 2013, the most powerful and agile variant of the Polo lineup - the Polo GT - was launched. The latest version of the hatchback, the 2014 Volkswagen Polo, includes multiple changes which are cosmetic as well as mechanical.
