With more than 1,000 participants, 300 overseas companies and 22 countries—including country level participation from China, Germany, Italy, Taiwan and UK—the 8th Auto Expo 2006 is the biggest ever. The Expo covers an area of over 70,000 sq meters in New Delhi`s Pragati Maidan.
The Expo is being jointly organised by the Automotive Components Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
