It`s scams galore in the Indian IPO market. First, it was the Yes Bank IPO followed by IDFC IPO. The Yes Bank IPO scam came to light in 2005 which saw a few brokers, the key one being Roopalben Nareshbai Panchal of Ahmedabad, opening multiple fake demat accounts and subsequently raising finances on the shares allotted to her.
