India cbank bought 1 bln rupees of debt in week to Dec 21

MUMBAI, Dec 27 (Reuters) - The Reserve Bank of India bought and sold 1 billion rupees ($18.25 million) each of bonds in the week ended Dec. 21, it said in a release on Friday.
The central bank bought 116 billion rupees of debt, but did not sell any bond, in the week to Dec. 14.
