India govt says will borrow $25.48 bln via treasury bills in Jan-March

NEW DELHI, Dec 28 (Reuters) - India will borrow a total of 1.4 trillion rupees ($25.48 billion) between January and March by selling treasury bills, the finance ministry said in a statement on Friday. ($1 = 54.9550 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Rajesh Kumar Singh)
