This is a first-of-its-kind study in India to recognize companies that excel in rewarding and recognizing their best employees and performers. Judges evaluated the companies in this category based on the work-life benefits, rewards and loyalty solutions offered by organizations as a key business strategy to motivate and engage with employees.

Judges named 10 companies as the best practitioners in the IT segment.
