The offer from the company comes barely few days after a five member state delegation visited the island nation to lure investors in the key sectors like infrastructure, IT, tourism etc.

The delegation was led by chief secretary, BK Patnaik. He was accompanied by Pradeep Kumar Jena, chairman cum managing director of Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (Idco), Madhusudan Padhi, state IT secretary, Ashok Kumar Tripathy, state tourism secretary and B N Palai, general manager, Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation Ltd (Ipicol).

The top officials of the state government participated in a two day symposium organized at Singapore by Invest Bhubaneswar, a forum working to attract investors to the state. Meanwhile, to facilitate flow of investment in the IT and IT enabled services( ITes) sector, the state government has constituted a 15-member committee, headed by IT secretary, to give final shape to its new ICT (information & communication technology) policy. It may be noted, the state government has set a target of creating 30,000 new jobs in the state in next two years in the IT sector.
