koda Octavia, one of the biggest game changers that the dynamic Indian automobile market has ever seen, is soon going to be back in a renewed and improved avatar, with not just better appearance or enhanced safety or superior comforts to offer but also with a much more varied and performance-packed set of power houses to boast of.
But before this new version, which will bring in the third of the lavish ride, arrives in the country and replaces the prevailing second generation that is popular by the name of Skoda Laura in India, it seems that the outgoing version has one last surprise planned for its admirers.
For about a couple of months now, the entire nation has been compelled to anticipate the return of its beloved Octavia, having been subjected to all sorts of teasers and pre-launch tantalizers by the celebrated manufacturer from Czechoslovakia. But now, when the time has finally arrived for the real deal to come out in the open, when the 2013 Skoda Octavia is at last visible just around the horizon, coming closer with every passing minute, the company has flipped the view all of a sudden. Shifting the spotlight from the upcoming third generation, Skoda India has unexpectedly brought all focus to the existing second generation.
