Mishaps in 2005

If year 2004 had Tsunami looming large, in year 2005 floods cast a long shadow. Incessant rains literally plunged year 2005 in floods. The costal areas in the country were the worst hit, where many were left homeless and stranded. Loss of life and the widespread damage to property, left three state governments in a limbo after the floods.
