New Delhi: Malvinder Singh has been associated with Ranbaxy for many years. Here he explains his decision to resign from the Ranbaxy Board and what he plans to do going forward.
There is speculation that you have been asked to resign. Is this true? Why the sudden decision when earlier you had said that you will stay with the company for 5 years?
No one has forced me to resign. I have stepped down on my own. If I had quit two years from now even then you would have said that this is a sudden move. I feel that this is the right time for me to move on. This has to be seen in the right perspective. I will still be around and support the company.
