Annapurna International School of Film and Media (AISFM) on Wednesday tied-up with the Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU).

Under the four-year agreement, AISFM will offer degree and masters courses in various aspects of film and media including editing, cinematography, direction, script writing, production, animation and visual effects, AISFM president Akkineni Nagarjuna told mediapersons. RM Dobriyal, vice-chancellor, JNAFAU, said, "India is seeing a dearth of education options for students who want to study technical aspects of film and media. This partnership will broaden the creative and fine art options available to youngsters."

The degree course will offer three programmes and it will take students in two batches per year. “To begin with, we will take around 40 students per batch per programme,” she added.
