Dabur India April-June net up 17 pct

Net Profit 1,067.9 vs 913.9

Net Sales 9,164.8 vs 7,426.6

Results are consolidated.

The firm also said its board approved a 1-for-1 bonus issue and the acquisition of Hobi Kozmetik, Zeki Plastik and Rn Pazarlama in Turkey for $69 million.
