Mumbai: The country's largest private sector lender ICICI Bank on Tuesday said it has allotted 12,770 equity shares to its staffs under the employees stock option scheme (ESOS).
The bank has allotted 12,770 equity shares on October 5 under the ESOS, ICICI Bank said in a filing to the BSE. Shares of ICICI Bank were trading at Rs 924, up 1.45 per cent in the late afternoon trade on the BSE.
