India reserve money up 7.5 pct y/y in week to April 19

MUMBAI, April 25 (Reuters) - India's reserve money grew an annual 7.5 percent in the week to April 19, faster than 7.4 percent in the same period a year earlier, the Reserve Bank of India said on Thursday.

Currency in circulation grew 10.6 percent year-on-year in the week to April 19, compared with 12.7 percent a year earlier. (Reporting by Shamik Paul; Editing by Jijo Jacob)
