ITD Cementation bags Rs 112 cr SICAL project

Mumbai: Southeast Asia's infrastructure construction major ITD Cementation India Ltd has bagged a Rs 112 crore project from the South India Corporation (Agencies) Limited (SICAL) Iron Ore Terminals.

According to the company, the project entails the construction of several jetties, platforms, buildings and civil works to be completed in 22 months.

Giving the information to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Tuesday, the company said in a release that before the SICAL project, ITD had received a Rs 334 crore quay wall and storage construction project from the Chennai International Terminals ltd, a subsidiary company of Port of Singapore Authority.

The company said the two projects had given ITD an entry into the marine engineering sector.
