First up, getting the camera to focus in relatively low light can be daunting; focus keeps hunting and one can literally feel the endless whirling of the focusing motor. You wonâÂÂt come across this problem at all outdoors; it latches on to the subject like a gecko footpad.
The 10-megapixel sensor combined with its stabilised 15x lens does the job. Photographs come out crisp in good lighting, but colour saturation is generally a hit-or-miss. It records videos surprisingly well at 720p resolution; videos are very crisp and jerk-free, though they do become slightly grainy at low light.
