Mumbai, Maharashtra, India:The HR advisory and consulting group Miller & Cambridge announces the launch of it rewards advisory arm, “Rempacific,” in India. Miller & Cambridge over the last year and a half has been the India partner for AIRINC (Associates for International Research Inc), the only global mobility consultancy that conducts on the ground data surveys in more than 400 cities worldwide. With over 850 client accounts and offices in Cambridge MA, USA; Brussels, Belgium; Amsterdam, Netherlands; London, UK; and Hong Kong, AIRINC has been developing and implementing tools and services to facilitate and support expatriate compensation systems for globally mobile organizations since 1954.

Rempacific is a Total Reward Consulting firm focused on providing clients in India with a one-stop reward and remuneration solutions window. Rempacific now brings to all clients in India a wholistic rewards advisory and data services advantage, with representative tie-ups for the India market with The Reward Practice, UK (www.therewardpractice.com) and 21st Century Pay Solutions, Africa (www.21century.co.za), along with the existing tie-up with AIRINC (www.air-inc.com).

AIRINC and Miller & Cambridge came together in India in 2011 because of their strong mutual focus on quality over quantity. In the last year and half, Indian clients have overwhelmingly accepted and appreciated AIRINC’s sophisticated and customised solutions approach. “Indian multinationals are looking for world class services in the Rewards space, and our global experience, as well as our bespoke approach, has been embraced by our clients in India. It’s heartening to see our clients clearly make that distinction, while choosing us,” says Fred Schlomann, Managing Director, AIRINC Asia Pacific, who is also on the advisory board of Rempacific.

“We are delighted to create this exciting new relationship with Rempacific in India. Working together, our aim is to equip Indian companies with state-of-the-art Reward Strategies to enable them to find, motivate and engage the very best people in their businesses. Our skills in Performance Management and Incentives dovetail perfectly with those of Rempacific, allowing us to offer India’s most ambitious companies the means with which to become high-performing businesses wherever in the world they wish to operate. We will offer a full range of best-practice strategies which will offer cost-effective and practical help in making the transition to becoming effective global employers,” says Alan Gibbons, Managing Director of the London-based “The Reward Practice” and one of Europe’s best known rewards professionals. He further adds, “The Partners at The Reward Practice work with many of the world’s leading international companies, and we look forward to sharing our expertise with many of India’s most ambitious corporate players.”

With Africa being the next destination for the majority of Indian multinationals, it was only apt that Indian companies get the best support towards their ambitions on the continent. “21st Century Pay Solutions Group is delighted to have entered into an agreement with Rempacific, as both companies have complementary businesses that can fulfil the needs of the domestic & international compensation requirements of clients, particularly in Africa. We have seen a significant increase in requests from some of our clients for local data and advisory in Africa – Africa is forecast to have one of the largest growth rates in the world,” says Chris Blair, CEO of 21st Century Pay Solutions, which is headquartered in Johannesburg.

Rempacific has a presence in Mumbai and Delhi. D N Tripathy, Director, Miller & Cambridge, says of the launch of Rempacific, “We welcome Adil Malia, Alan Gibbons, Chris Blair, and Fred Schlomann, all of whom are distinguished HR advisors, to the advisory board of Rempacific. We will continue to focus on delivering what our clients want and on maintaining our impeccable servicing record. As always, quality will be our prime focus.”
