The company has posted a net loss of Rs (83.81) crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 as compared to net profit of Rs 173.73 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. Total Income has increased from Rs 1448.83 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 to Rs 1287.16 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2009.

The company has posted a net profit of Rs 214.82 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009 as compared to Rs 586.89 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008. Total Income has decreased from Rs 5329.93 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008 to Rs 5304.20 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009.
The figures for the year ended March 31, 2008 are audited.
