Your sleeping ritual
The most fascinating sleep ritual I have heard of is the “Dream Over” at the Rubin Museum, New York. Here’s how they describe this adults sleepover: “Come in your bedsocks, pyjamas, or nightgown and sleep over at the Rubin Museum beneath a favorite work of art under the compassionate and wakeful gaze of a hundred Buddhas.” Mine is simpler: out like a light in 10 seconds!
