Nebula Automotive introduces new range of ATVs

pPune based Nebula Automotive Pvt Ltd has introduced a new range of high-end ATVS for the Indian market The addition of the Trike HS800 and AX700 increases the company&rsquos portfolio to 21 ATVs Nebula Automotive offers vehicles ranging  from 110cc JuniorUniage ATVs to 800cc twin seater off-road vehiclesppThe three-wheel Trike ATV features a 300cc water-cooled engine with electric start It has a 12-liter fuel capacity and can seat two people The Nebula Trike is currently priced at Rs 777000 The Nebula HS800is a twin seater ATV and has an 800cc water-cooled V-Twin 8-valve engine with fuel injection It can attain a maximum speed of 70 kmhrand has a fuel capacity of 30 liters The HS800 can switch between 2WD and 4WD modes and is priced at Rs 16 50000ppThe Nebula AX700 is a single seater ATV with a 686cc liquid-cooled EFI engine and a 21-liter fuel capacity It features CVT transmission front and rear disc brakes a 3-way locking differential and has 2WD and 4WD modes It is available For Rs 1200000ppCommenting on this Sukhdev Asnani managing director Nebula Automotive said &ldquoWe have been in the automotive industry for the past 15 years and felt that the off-road market in India has tremendous potential Being an automobile enthusiast myself I thought that such vehicles should be available in India at an affordable price and hence decided to get into the ATV business Until now our performance and growth has been exceptional The addition of these new ATVs furthermore strengthens our placement in the market The Trike ATV and the HS800 will be unique models and we are confident that given their performance and pricing they will be well accepted in the market&rdquoppThe company is also exploring defence sector where the talks are on for specific vehicles Speaking about this Asnani said "The demand for such vehicles is growing and Indian Army is thinking of using these vehicles in border areas and we are talking to the concern authorities but nothing has fixed yet Some of the Nebula ATVs are undergoing military testing for future use in the forcesUsed for recreational sports and patrolling purposes"ppThe company has sold over 2500 vehicles so far in the year 2012 ans is planing to set up dealership network across India It competes with US based multinational company Polaris which has Indian subsidiary Victory Motorcyclesp
