The Advisory Company, known to have re-oriented Malls across the country, has been handed the responsibility to re-orient this 1.48 million sq.ft mix-use mammoth project.
The Boutique Mall advisory company; which provides end-to-end Mall solutions had previously conducted research studies for the project and its relevant catchment. Led by findings of analytical studies and from consumer feedback & buying patterns, there was a need to realign the Mall's strategies, Thereby, creating a need for a multi dimensional re-plan of this mammoth project.
along with Beyond Squarefeet will work closely to create strategies based on these studies, thereby converting this into a destination Mall.
