Property developer Peninsula Land said on Friday it had received 2.75 billion rupees from Alok Realtors Pvt Ltd for sale of property in the central Mumbai.
This is part of a 11-billion-rupee deal, of which Peninsula Land has already received 4.65 billion rupees, the company said in a statement to the BSE.
