Mumbai: Mining firm Resurgere Mines & Minerals India on Tuesday said its board has approved raising of funds up to Rs 250 crore through the issue of securities.
The company would be raising long-term funds up to Rs 250 crore through further issuance of securities in the company, Resurgere Mines said in a filing to the BSE. The board also approved issue of up to 65 lakh warrants on a preferential basis, the filing added.
