Printing services company R.R. Donnelley&Sons Co. said Tuesday it received a $375 million contract to provide college textbook printing and other services to Cengage Learning.
Under the multiyear agreement, R.R. Donnelley said it would also provide graphic management services, packaging, on-demand printing and other services.
Cengage Learning publishes materials under imprints including Brooks/Cole, Course Technology, Wadsworth and others.
Shares of R.R. Donnelley rose 25 cents to $20.72 in midday trading.
