Mumbai: Steel Strips Wheels Ltd said on Tuesday European auto maker Renault has nominated the Indian firm as supplier of steer wheel rims for one of its new vehicles to be launched in early 2011.
Steel Strips expects to supply 0.30 million wheels over 5 years generating about 4.7 million euros. It is likely to start supplies from the last quarter of 2010, it said.
