Mumbai: Sterling International Enterprises Ltd has informed the BSE that the register of members and share transfer books of the company will remain closed from December 20, 2008 to December 27, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of annual genera l meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on December 27, 2008.
