Sterlite plans to raise 25 bln rupees via bonds - source

Sterlite Industries plans to raise 25 billion rupees ($460.32 million) through a bond issue at 9.10 percent, a source with direct knowledge of the deal told Reuters on Friday.

The Indian metals producer will issue 10-year bonds with a put/call option at the end of five years, the source said.

Axis Bank, Yes Bank and Deutsche Bank are arrangers for the bond sale, the source said.
