Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee is an exception and is seen carrying a grey sling-bag that, on the day of the Railway Budget, had her Budget papers. The other minister seen carrying a bag is Environment and Forest Minister Jairam Ramesh — he has a black backpack and, according to colleagues, he carries a Sony laptop in it.
