Investment fund Tri-Continental Corp. on Friday declared a quarterly dividend of 4.4 cents per common share and 62.5 cents per share of preferred stock.
The company said its dividend on common shares will be paid out March 29 to shareholders on record as of March 22.
The preferred dividend is payable April 1 to shareholders on record as of March 22.
