But, the film is about the hardships faced by a young girl in her life. This is entirely based on real life situations. Music by Gorantla Krishna has come out well. Ankita plays the role of Suhasini in all its beautiful and pathetic shades. I am fully confident that the film would rock the theatres after its release."

Director Chowdary said: "The producers wanted me to make the film within the stipulated budget. I too finished the project without crossing the budget. I am happy that my film Indrani released today. The same day the audio of Sunami is releasing. I hope the audiences will sure patronize my films."
Producer Madhukar said: "The film has an excellent story, coupled with exact characterization. Music by Gorantla Krishna is going to be a big highlight."
