A hotel in Belgium that looks like a human gut is attracting travellers in their droves.

The odd looking hotel - featuring a double bed, shower and heating - is located on a small island at a 30 acre arts park near Antwerp.

The hotel - created by artist Joep Van Lieshout as an artwork to live in - is run by Belgian art lovers Geert and Carla Verbeke-Lens, who bought it as an addition to their collection at the Verbeke Foundation sculpture park, the Daily Mail reported.

"Our guests are really happy to sleep undisturbed in a place surrounded by nature," Carla said.

"They can see black swans and frogs and discover the stars in the night sky, as well as visiting all our different exhibitions.

"More and more travellers are coming to us from all over the world to explore what they all call a 'unique place'," she said

One night stay at the one-room hotel costs 150 dollars and includes breakfast and entry to the sculpture park. (ANI)
