Dulquer Salmaan and Nitya Menon are playing the lead in 100 Days of Love, director Kamal’s son Jenuse Mohamed’s debut as a director. If reports that are coming out in the media are to be believed, the film is in big trouble, due to multiple reasons.
The shooting has gone beyond the planned schedule, according to some reports and the costs have touched to the tune of Rs. 10 crores already, which is pretty huge for a Malayalam film. The producer has reportedly expressed his anger over the expenses.
Then there is the story doing the rounds that the story of the film bears a great similarity to the recently released Vineeth Sreenivasan film, Ormayundo Ee Mukham. And the funny thing is that the Vineeth film is copy of the Adam Sandler – Drew Barrymore comedy, 50 First Dates!
The shooting of 100 Days of Love has been stopped for now and Dulquer and Nitya are busy shooting for the Mani Ratnam film. Can someone please explain what the reality is?
