The makers of the upcoming supernatural thriller 3G did not have to follow the usual protocol to obtain permission for shooting on location. After deciding to shoot in the islands of Fiji, they found that a pleasant chat with the village elders would get them the necessary permission for the shoot.

The village chief reportedly gave his blessings to the crew and even offered them the local drink called Kava.

3G, which stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Sonal Chauhan, releases in cinemas on March 15, 2013.
