Subhash Ghai's banner Mukta Arts celebrated its 36th anniversary and on the occasion the filmmaker announced an interesting bouquet of three films -- social drama Ishq De Maare, biopic Sarabjit and fun film Idiot Nalayak Useless.
It was also the birthday of his wife, Rehana Ghai, which was attended by Jaya and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Veena Malik, SRK and other stars.
"We have a healthy story bank, so we thought we should get into productions in a bigger way. So on the anniversary, we are announcing the films," Ghai said.
Ishq De Maare will star Dharmendra and his two sons - Sunny and Bobby Deol.
Sarbajit is about Indian death row prisoner Sarabjit Singh who died in a Pakistan hospital in May, succumbing to his injuries after being attacked by his fellow inmates in jail. Ishwar Singh Muchhal will direct the biopic.
Ghai said that Idiot Nalayak Useless is a fun film by Ken Ghosh.
