Up first we have Tim Burton's favourite, Johnny Depp. The actor is not new to make up - Edward Scissorhands, Willy Wonka from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street and now, the Mad Hatter.
And you thought Sweeney Todd could make a chill run down your spine. In comparison, Sweeney's make-up is way tamer and more human. But like many have spotted, the likeness to Madonna, makes the look quite palatable.
