India will now have its first-ever beauty pageant for transgenders. And who better than Celina Jaitley, the most vocal GLBT voice, to judge it? The star will join the likes of Salman Khan, Zeenat Aman, Parmeshwar Godrej and designer Tarun Tahiliani to judge the pageant titled 'Indian Super Queen'.
"It's a pleasure to live in a country where human rights and equality amongst all are appreciated," said Celina. "It's time for the much-suppressed kinnars [eunuchs or transgenders] to come up on stage and show the world that beauty exists in all human beings - gender has nothing to do with it." Hear, hear!
