The film, a remake of Telugu hit Brindavnam, is directed by Maadesh and produced by Suresh Gowda and Sreenivasa Murthy.

The film`s two heroines Karthika Nair and Muktha were also present. Muktha had replace Vedika and is now being replaced by Milana.

Maadesh announced that Brindavana will have a big star cast which includes multilingual artists Sampath Kumar, Sai Kumar, Doddanna, Ajay, Sadhu Kokila and others.
