Parijatha produced by Prem and Paramesh for P 2 productions has got a clean U certificate from the Censor Board.
The film is directed by Prabhu Sreenivas and has music by Mano Murthy. The audio of the film has already become a big hit. The title song, `Oh Chandrika` and `Nee Mohisu` have been topping the charts.

The film is a remake of Arya and Nayanthara starrer Kollywood hit
Boss Engira Bhaskaran. Sharan plays the role played by Santhanam in the original.
