The film is about a fertility expert (Anu Kapoor as Dr. Chaddha) who runs a clinic and a sperm bank in Dariyaganj, New Delhi. He's in need of a healthy, high performing sperm donor. Cue Ayushman Khurana (Vicky Arora)

Vicky is a goodlooking Punjabi lad from Lajpat Nagar. He soon becomes a donor at the clinic and things seem to be going well for both and that's until Vicky falls in love.
