"Ever since I saw Gracy in Lagaan, I wanted to cast her in one of my films. She has a Malayalee face and she has done a great job in the film," said Jayaraj.
Gracy made a sensational debut in Aamir Khan's Lagaan, followed by another smash hit Munnabhai MBBS. But this Punjabi girl could never make it to the top in Bollywood.
For the last two years the actress has been concentrating on south and doing Kannada and Telugu films.
