The Auro 3d version trailer of Kamal’s Viswaroopam was released today (Nov 7) morning along with a media interaction at Satyam cinemas.
Speaking in response to questions from the media after the screening Kamal said, ‘Auro 3D is a special sound system that enhances the sound effect. It seems as if it’s almost coming straight into your head and not just from all sides. Satyam cinemas has specially installed this at my behest and so have 30 odd screens in TN where the film will be screened using Auro 3D. It would make one feel immersed into the sound and enhance the effect of the film.”
Asked if the film was anti terrorism, anti Islamic terrorism or against Muslims, Kamal replied, “I am not against any religion and I respect humanity in general. I celebrate the spirit of mankind, not festivals in particular. So I would not disrespect anyone. My film is also like that. As a civic society we have to find out why terrorism exists at all and analyze if we can find a solution to it. Viswaroopam makes a statement though I don’t know if you can call it a solution.”
On the UA certificate he clarified, ‘It would need a certain maturity to see the film that’s why perhaps it was granted.’
