On one hand, she is celebrating her maiden success; and on the other hand, she was taken for a ride for getting comfy with her costar Varun Sandesh. Both had paired up for Brahmigadi Katha.
Asmita clarified emphatically: "He is just a good friend and nothing more. We met at that party, but the rest of the allegations are false. I am not having an affair with Varun."
Asmita is wildly blamed for Varun-Shraddha break-up. "Firstly, I never knew they were seeing each other. I can`t be blamed if things are blown out of proportion and one false rumor drives a wedge between two matured individuals," said Asmita.
