The Madras High Court is expected to pronounce its verdict on Kamal Haasan's controversial Vishwaroopam and whether it can be released in Tamil Nadu, where there is a two week ban on the film.
Kamal Haasan returned to Chennai in the early hours of Monday after the Los Angeles premiere of the film. He did not say anything to waiting newsmen as Madras High Court is to pass orders today on the release of the film.
Meanwhile a few scenes from Vishwaroopam were leaked on the net. But Copyrights Media, a firm helping producers Raajkamal Films brought it down immediately. Later they filed a complaint with the cyber-crime division of the Chennai Police.
Fans of Kamal Haasan turned vigilantes online to help Copyrights Media hunt down pirates who might upload the movie files on popular Torrent sharing websites. And loyal fans of the actor took a vow to watch the movie only in theatres.
