The Colors Golden Petal Awards was as star-studded as an awards show can get. It saw the best of Bollywood and Television under one roof!
Held at the MMRDA grounds in the Bandra-Kurla complex, the red carpet event saw some hi-fashion.
The standouts of the evening were clearly Malaika Arora Khan in a strapless white Shehlaa with a thigh-high slit and Isha Sharvani in a sexy gown that dipped dangerously low at the back.
Madhuri Dixit too, opted for a gown but it lacked so much colour and pizzazz that even the bright red lippy couldn't save it.
Salman Khan for a change went for a checkered jacket. We don't think we've seen him in such a fresh ensemble before. Clearly, he's got the message that you can't keep bombing one with 'Being Human' every chance you get.
Also bagging points for style in the men's department is the dapper Anil Kapoor. Joining him were TV actor Nandish Sandhu, Ravi Kissen, Vishal Malhotra and Sameer Soni.
There were quite a few ladies who rocked red that evening - Raveena Tandon, Pooja Gupta and Pratyusha Bannerjee. The latter two trumped Raveena by bringing the oomph.
Rocking minis at the do was Neelam Kothari in a black lace creation that would look at home on Kim Kardashian, Ragini Khanna and Shraddha Sharma. But the big surprise of the evening was Farah Khan. The choreographer-director-turned-actor stunned us in a dress!
