It`s hard not to use the cliché of a phoenix when it comes to Mickey Rourke. In fact, several others come to mind. For instance, it`s probably no coincidence that he is called Randy `The Ram` Robinson in the Oscar nominated movie, The Wrestler. Rourke was at the receiving end of a battering lifestyle that cast him out of filmdom and our memories for a long time. By infusing his experience when he was out of the spotlight into this great flick, he`s back this time to batter competition in the run for the awards. He`s already snitched a Golden Globe and a BAFTA. Go, Mickey!
