The Bridal Fashion Week 2012 seems to be a case of one-upmanship with every showstopper every show, every day. And Nargis Fakhri's appearance on the runway seems to have banished all thoughts of her predecessors. It probably has to do with donning a stunning JJ Valaya creation.
Nargis was a sight to behold in a wine red velvet kalidaar coat. Decked with kundan jewelry and flawless makeup, Nargis had us riveted.
Valaya's latest collection is titled 'The Azrak Collection - The Realm of the Sultan' as it draws inspiration of the Ottoman empire.
To set the mood for the tale in fabric to unfold, the sets were those of a Turkish bazaar, complete with trademark chandeliers and even belly dancers thrown in.
Will Nargis be crowned the showstopper of this year's Aamby Valley India Bridal Fashion Week? We'll find out soon enough.
