Rain takes on the role of Raizo, a deadly assassin from the dreaded and hoary Ozunu clan. But his loyalty to the clan crumbles when he sees a friend executed in a bloody fashion. Raizo quickly decamps and goes into hiding only to remerge later to rescue and European Interpol agent, Mika (Naomie Harris) and teams up with her to bring down the cruel clan. But is Raizo deadly enough to destroy an entire band of assassins?
