The movie is produced by film distributor-producer Jayanna, Rajashekara Naidu and Pramod. The film is directed by Raghuraj who has also written the story and script for the film. Dialogues are by M.S.Ramesh.
The best technical support has been provided for this film which has music by top music director Hari Krishna, cinematography by Krishna Kumar and editing is by Soundar Rajan.
Palani Raj is behind the action sequences. The star cast may well provide a hint about the story line as it has an array of well known comedians like Doddanna, Sadhu Kokila and Bullet Prakash. Lakshmi Sharma is the heroine while Shobharaj, Lokanath and Arun Sagar also play important roles.
