The launch was held at Sathyam Cinemas on Oct 10. The special guests at the launch were Mani Ratnam and his wife Suhasini, Soundarya Rajinikanth, Santosh Sivan and Abirami Ramanathan who is distributing the film in TN & Kerala.
He personally went to each of the guests on stage and got their views on the trailer and songs of RA.One. The star made a special thanks to Soundarya Rajinikanth for going out of her way to help him get that cameo from Rajinikanth.
SRK also made it clear that RA.One will be releasing on Diwali day (Oct 26) in 3200 screens worldwide in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and German. In select screens it will be shown in 3D.
