He went under the needle again and, to give his 'Kareena' tattoo company, he got a few sprigs of leaves on his right arm. We like that he's expressing himself, but sprigs of leaves?! Why, Saif, why? That's just plain boring. So unless you have a weird attachment to leaves (which you should explain to us, we insist), we suggest you pay another tribute to Kareena. We leave the design up to you.
